- How does SmartBlock block spam calls?
SmartBlock maintains a community-sourced database of known spam numbers. When a call arrives, it matches against our database and automatically blocks flagged numbers.
- How do I add a number to the block list?
Go to Block List tab → tap the + button → enter the number and select a category.
- What does "Report to Community" do?
It submits the number to our shared database, helping protect all SmartBlock users from the same caller.
- How do I look up an unknown caller?
Go to the Caller ID tab → enter the phone number → tap Search.
- Is my data private?
SmartBlock only shares phone numbers you explicitly report. Your personal information is never shared.
